Account deletion

You can delete your Ekiplio account and data. The app is the fastest way; if you cannot reach the app, you can send a request by e-mail.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open the Ekiplio app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap “Delete account”.
  4. Confirm by entering your password.

What is deleted

Staff account: your personal information is permanently deleted. The jobs, stamps and comments you made stay in the business under the name “Deleted user”.

Business owner account: the business, all jobs, photos and files are permanently deleted. If there are other managers, you can transfer ownership and keep the business.

Database backups are kept for 7 days; deleted data also leaves the backups at the end of that period. This cannot be undone.

If you cannot reach the app, request it by e-mail

Send the template below to destek@ekiplio.online. To verify the request is yours, we may reply to the e-mail address on the account. We complete requests as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
