The service

Ekiplio is a mobile app and web panel that provides job tracking and field proof for field teams. The scope of the service may change over time.

Account and business

Whoever creates the account becomes the owner and manager of the business. You must give accurate information, protect your password and take responsibility for actions made with your account. You manage your staff and their permissions.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, or to disrupt the security or operation of the system. Creating fake stamps, photos or signatures is prohibited.

Content and data

The job, customer, photo and file data your business enters belongs to your business. We process it only to provide the service. How data is processed is set out in the privacy policy.

Field proof and regulation

Recording location, photos and signatures from your staff, informing your employees and complying with the relevant regulations is your business's responsibility. Ekiplio takes location only at specific moments and only once; it does not track in the background.

Availability

We aim to provide the service without interruption or errors but cannot guarantee it. Interruptions can occur because of maintenance or unexpected causes. The offline queue is designed so your actions are not lost when the connection drops.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or lost data arising from use of the service. This limit does not affect liabilities that the law does not allow to be limited.

Subscriptions and plans

Ekiplio can be used on a free plan; paid plans are available for more users. Plans differ only by their user limit: Free up to 3, Starter 10, Team 25 and Business 60 users. Every feature is included in every plan.

A subscription belongs to the business. Purchasing, upgrading and restoring purchases are done only in the iOS and Android app, by the business manager; there is no purchase on the web. On the web panel, a manager sees the subscription status as read-only. Your plan is determined on the server through store verification.

• Paid plans are offered monthly or yearly. The price, currency and period are shown by the App Store or Google Play at purchase; this site does not state prices.
• A 7-day free trial is offered on a first purchase, where eligible. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts at the price the store shows.
• Unless cancelled, a subscription renews automatically at the end of each period through the store. Cancellation, payment and refunds are handled through the App Store or Google Play; you cancel in the store's subscription settings.
• When the number of active users reaches the plan limit, new users cannot be added and invitations cannot be accepted.
• If a subscription ends (expiry, refund or store revocation), the account returns to the Free plan limit (3 users). Users beyond the limit become read-only: they see their jobs, reports and own history, but cannot change a status, perform field actions, comment or receive new assignments.
• Your data is not deleted when a subscription ends. When you subscribe again or restore purchases, users become active again with nothing lost.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time. If the terms are breached we may suspend or close the account. What happens to deleted data is described in the privacy policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update the terms and will announce important changes in advance. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
